In response to the overwhelming entries of established and emerging Vietnamese designers eager to showcase their fabulous collections, Viet Fashion Week has extended the event to a second day. The night will be filled with couture gowns, avant garde designs, and Ao Dais. Truly setting out to achieve its dream, Viet Fashion Week is showing the world the talents and creativity of our Vietnamese designers!

At the promotional shoot, the designers have brought out the fire in their creativity and are certainly a force to be reckoned with. Morgan Taylor coated all the models’ nails to complete the designers look for this photoshoot. I am told that Advanced Beauty College will provide their student teams to do makeup and hair for all 100 models for the event.

On its prestigious roster set to storm the runway are famed designers Calvin Hiep, Cynthia Bui, Jacky Tai, Peter Phan, Vicki Nguyen and Annie Nguyen. Fresh faced gracing the scene will be emerging designer Alexe Quynn and student designer Timothy Hoang. The young, the beautiful, and the fashion trendy vocal artists Helena Hong Ngoc & Andy Quach will be in the program lineup for an added entertainment value. The two day event will be aired on Direct TV with VietFace.
